Ordering Info
Orders can be placed in store, over the phone or via
email.
We advise customers to place an order 2-3 days before the cake(s)
are required. For orders that require a printed image on sugar art,
please place the order with at least 7 days to process.
To place an order we will need your contact details. For
collections, we will need to know the date, time and which store
you would like to collect the order from. To place an order for
delivery, we will need the recipient's name, contact number and
address. We will also need the date and time the order will need to
arrive by.
Delivery costs vary depending on location but start at a minimum
of £13.00 within central London. This is charged on top of the
order itself.
We have a range of sugar and plastic decorations we can use when
personalising cakes and cupcakes. Please ask an assistant for
advice on themes and to find out what is available.
