How long will
my cupcakes last?
Our regular cupcakes are best eaten on the day of purchase, but
can be stored for up to 2-3 days. Some of our specials, for example
those with fresh berries or cream should be eaten on the day of
purchase.

How do I store
my cupcakes/cakes?
Cupcakes should be stored at room temperature in an airtight
container to prevent them going stale. We advise customers not to
refrigerate our cupcakes, as this can make the sponge dry
out.

How much in
advance do I need to place an order?
We require customers to order 2-3 days in advance. Smaller orders
for personalised cupcakes can usually be accommodated at shorter
notice. Spare whole cakes may also be available in store. Please
call the store you would like to collect the order from to see what
is available in store that day.

What size
boxes do my cupcakes come in?
We can box our regular cupcakes in 2,4,6,9,12 or 16 boxes. We also
have display boxes, with a clear window which can hold 4, 6 or 12
regular cupcakes.
Our Mini cupcakes can fit into a display box of 9, or a standard
box of 5, 9, 12, 16 or 25.
We can also ribbon boxes and add a message to the box if
requested.

Do you have a
minimum order?
Our regular flavours (Chocolate, Vanilla, Lemon etc) can all be
ordered with no minimum order. There is a minimum order of 12 for
our special flavours. This includes minis in flavours other than
Vanilla or Chocolate.

Do you
deliver?
We can deliver cakes or cupcakes to offices and buildings within
London. There is a minimum charge for delivery of £13.00 within
central London. The cost of delivery is based on the delivery
address and so may vary.

Do you do same
day delivery?
We can do same day deliveries for orders of our regular cupcakes
and daily specials. To see what flavours are available, please call
one of our stores for more information.

Do your
cupcakes/cakes contain nuts?
Our regular flavour cupcakes do not contain nuts, however some of
our specials do contain nuts. We do our best to keep the risk of
contamination from nuts low, but traces may still be found within
the kitchen and other products.

Are our
cupcakes suitable for vegeterians?
All of our cupcakes are suitable for Vegetarians, though some of
the decorations we use may contain gelatine.

Do you sell
any vegan or dairy free cupcakes/cakes?
We have a growing range of vegan and dairy free cakes and
cupcakes. Our Vegan Chocolate cupcakes and Quinoa cupcakes are both
dairy free, however the Quinoa cupcakes do contain eggs.

Do you sell
any gluten free cupcakes/cakes?
We now sell Flourless chocolate cake, Chocolate and Almond
cupcakes and Quinoa cupcakes which are all Gluten free. These are
available to order or in store on selected days.

Do you sell
any sugar free cupcakes/cakes?
Our Quinoa cupcakes contain agave syrup instead of sugar. These
are then covered in a sugar free agave glaze.

How do I
make a request for a donation for my charity?
To request a donation for an event or charity, please send through details of
the event, stating the charity it is for. We will also need a
contact name and number and some information about the sort of
donation you would require.
