Layer Cakes
Our '2 layer' layer cakes use the same sponge as we make for our cupcakes. They have a filling between the two layers and on the top and decorated with shop standard decorations and icing.
The cakes come in four different sizes:
6" (roughly 4 portions)
8" (roughly 10-12 portions)
10" (approx 20 portions)
11" (25 plus portions)
We also do larger sized cakes, which are square single layer cakes. These come in two sizes:
12'' x 12'' (roughly 30 portions)
13 x 13 (roughly 50 portions)

Traditional Victoria Sponge
A classic light and fluffy vanilla sponge with your choice of vanilla buttercream with strawberry
or raspberry jam as a filling, or fresh cream, jam and fresh strawberries or raspberries.

Natural Red Velvet cake
This is a new flavour at the bakery that is fast becoming a best seller! A chocolate based sponge, with a bright red twist. We developed a recipe that only uses natural colourings, so you can enjoy this popular flavour, without the worry of too many E numbers! This is a single layer cake, covered in our 70% dark chocolate buttercream and decorated
